French Cooking Class

Join us for a hands-on cooking experience where we explore the rich flavors of French cuisine. In this class, we will prepare three classic dishes that bring together tradition and culinary artistry:
Coq Au Vin – A deliciously tender chicken simmered in red wine, mushrooms, onions, and a bouquet of herbs. This comforting dish captures the essence of French country cooking.
Gratin Savoyard – A creamy, cheesy, and perfectly golden potato dish, layered with rich flavors that will transport you straight to the French Alps.
Focaccia Bread – Learn to bake this soft, aromatic Italian bread, infused with olive oil and herbs, perfect for pairing with your meal.
Participants will work in pairs to cook the meal and then sit down to enjoy their creations.
You will be cooking with a partner so bring someone, if you do not have a partner, we can try to pair you with someone.
Ages eighteen and up.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. No tank tops, short sleeve shirts are ok.
